Axis and Allies Commanders adds commander personalities and special battlefield effects to the long-running World War II strategy game line.

This is an accessory and not a standalone game. It is designed for use with Axis and Allies, giving nations additional tactical identity through commander tiles and optional rules.

The commander format gives experienced players another layer of planning without replacing the core board game. It is best for groups that already know the base system and want more asymmetry between countries.

• Commander Effects: Adds named leaders with new strategic abilities
• Nation Identity: Gives countries more distinctive tactical options
• Optional Layer: Expands Axis and Allies without replacing the core system
• Broad Compatibility: Public listings describe it as an Axis and Allies accessory
