Prepare an eye catching appetiser display in Charcuterie The Board Game. Players draft illustrated food tiles and arrange them on individual serving boards, building combinations of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, vegetables and dips. The goal is not simply to collect attractive ingredients, but to organise them around scoring opportunities and produce the most rewarding finished spread.
Each round uses an I Cut You Choose structure. The active host draws tiles and divides them into piles, creating offers that the other guests will select before the host receives the remaining group. Every division becomes a tactical decision: make the piles too uneven and a rival may claim the strongest combination, but split them too cautiously and the host may lose access to the ingredients needed for a recipe.
Public objectives provide shared targets for everyone at the table, while private recipes give each player additional priorities that opponents cannot see. Tile arrangement matters alongside ingredient selection, so a valuable draft still needs careful placement on the serving board. Variable goals and recipes change the useful combinations from game to game, keeping the accessible drafting system engaging for both newer and experienced players.
