The Leeghwater Project Expansion brings fresh gameplay options
and mechanisms to further diversify gameplay. Explore new

faction and two new mechanisms, the External Works and the
Personal Building, the expansion features new advanced technology
tiles dedicated to the construction of personal buildings. They
